Lakes Cross Country Summer Schedule

Here is the schedule for Lakes Cross Country. See a coach for a personal
training plan. Unless otherwise noted, we will meet at Lakes High School in the back. We will meet on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 9:00 AM. Please check back to see updates, changes, and additions. Summer training and helping with fundraisers is a requirement for Sunfair participation. May 11: Cross Country Meeting May 17: After School runs begin. Meet at 2:30 at the track June 12: Sound To Narrows BBQ @ Coach Clark's June 28: Summer morning runs begin Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday at 9:30 AM. Meet at the track. June 30: Varsity Group Runs begin: See the Senior Leaders for more information. July 11-16: White Pass for some team members. July 24: East/West All Star Race, Lower Woodland Park July 26-30: South Sound Cross Country Camp Aug 21: Garage Sale All team members should participate Aug. 23: Practice Begins, make sure you are cleared through student accounts.
