Coach Clark has been a cross-country coach at Lakes for 16 years, the
past 13 as head coach. He is also the girls head track coach at Lakes.
He was a cross-country and track athlete at Bellevue Community College
and the University of Puget Sound (X/C only). Joe was voted the league
Boys Coach of the Year in 1999, 2000, & 2001, and Girls Coach of the
Year in 2002, 2003, 2005, & 2007. Coach Clark is also the meet director for
the Fort Steilacoom Invitational and the Westside Classic and President
of the Washington State Cross Country Coaches Association.

Curt Corvin: Co Head Coach
Curt is in his seventh year and has now moved to the position of
co-head coach at Lakes. Curt works
with all runners, while focusing on the boys varsity. Curt was a
Cross Country and Track state champion while at Lakes, and went on to an
All American career at the University of Washington.
Coach Robbert: Coach Robbert came back last year after a hiatus to
pursue her National Board Certification. Coach Robbert was a standout runner
for Walla Walla and also ran for Whitman University. She also teaches math
at Lakes.
Coach Bridges Wayne Bridges has been heavily involved
with the program for the past six years. Wayne first became involved
when his son Seth ran for lakes. Wayne has continued to help out as a
volunteer while Seth has moved on to Northwest
University, But Wayne continues to help out. Wayne is also a Lakes
alumnus, and ran track for Lakes. |
